We do not perform, supervise, subcontract, price or warrant any heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical or plumbing work. All work is performed by independent third-party providers who are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, employees, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, materials, permits and warranties.

2. No contractor-client relationship with us

Any agreement for work is formed directly between you and the independent provider. We are not a party to that agreement. Any dispute over price, schedule, quality, damage or warranty is between you and that provider.

3. Your responsibility to verify

• Confirm the provider holds the license your state and municipality require for the work.
• Confirm active general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
• Get pricing and scope in writing before authorizing work.
• Confirm who is pulling permits where permits are required.
• Understand the parts and labor warranty being offered.

4. Informational content only

Articles, checklists, price ranges and troubleshooting guides are general information, not professional advice for your specific equipment or home. Never attempt work on gas piping, refrigerant circuits or live electrical components. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility.
